When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
When shipped outside the UAE, Bosidin items may be subject to import duties and taxes. Bosidin does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only in the GCC countries.

Returns & Exchange
The items cannot be returned after 7 Days. However, there may be situations in which you were not able to return items, in such cases please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (+971581322715) or through the CONTACT US page and file a complaint to us.
There will not be any returns, exchanges and refunds if you do not like the product after its purchase. There must be an issue in the product to be eligible for the return, exchange and refund which must be shown in the photos in the email.

You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card, or credit your account with store credit if you paid COD for your order. You can then reorder another product.
